Publikace pro osoby neslyšící

Po konzultacích s organizacemi zaměřenými na pomoc neslyšícím osobám se Sdružení českých spotřebitelů rozhodlo posílit své aktivity i tímto směrem. Připravuje některé své publikace ve formě videospotů ve znakovém jazyce. Cílem je neslyšícím napomoci lépe porozumět spotřebitelským právům a cestám k jejich domáhání se těchto práv. Priority pro výběr publikací byly konzultovány s asociacemi neslyšících, naleznete je ZDE.

New publications for the Deaf and the Hard of Hearing

CCA has been preparing new publications, videospots in Czech Sign Language. The aim is to help to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to understand their consumer rights. In the cooperation with the Czech Chamber of Interpreters into Sign Language CCA made two videospots focused on How to proceed when making a complaint of goods or services and How not to fall in bad debts.
